Our devices are installed throughout the US, and in international locales, within a wide range of facilities, in markets from education, healthcare, and government to corporate and industrial. 
Position Summary
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Executive to grow our engineering services and product business. This role blends strategic prospecting with hands-on sales execution; identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping bring complex technical solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in collaboration with leadership.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate and nurture leads through outbound efforts and partner channels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including early-stage conversations and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to evaluate opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to help shape offerings and strategy.
  • Represent DDC and build brand awareness with prospective clients and partners.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking within CRM.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Strong drive to grow business and build long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Experience working within or alongside technology-focused companies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in technical sales, field applications, or engineering-adjacent roles.
  • Experience with design services, custom electronics, or distribution environments.
  • Working knowledge of electronic or computer systems.
  • Experience selling to government or defense contractors.
