Effective Feb 1, 2026

Advanced Network Devices products purchased after Feb 1, 2026 will now come standard with a six (6) year warranty. Products purchased before this effective date will remain with a limited two (2) year warranty.

Limited Warranty After Feb 1 2026: 

Advanced Network Devices (“ANetD”) warrants its products purchased from ANetD or an authorized ANetD reseller (“Product” or “Products”), to the original purchaser (“Customer”), against defects in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase of the Product. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, ANetD will, at its option, (i) repair the Product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, “refurbished” means a Product or part that has been returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

This Limited Warranty covers only the hardware components packaged with the Product. It does not cover technical assistance for hardware or software usage, debugging/discovery of issues or product use, and it does not cover any software products, whether or not contained or incorporated in, or used with, the Product; any such software is provided “AS IS,” unless expressly provided for in any End User License Agreements included with respect to the software. While ANetD will make efforts to work with Approved 3rd party software providers (listed on the ANetD website), the warranty does not include any functional or system issues associated with 3rd party software systems. Avoid 3rd party software which is not Approved.

This Limited Warranty only covers Product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary use; it does not cover Product issues or damage caused by any other reason, including acts of God, accident, misuse, alterations to the Product, abuse, improper installation or operation, limitations of technology, neglect, or modification of or to any part of the Product. This Warranty is invalid if the Product has been disassembled, altered in any way, or if damage is caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by ANetD. This Limited Warranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS or consumables (such as fuses or batteries). This Limited Warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the Product, or if the Product has been altered, or if damage is caused by repair or service performed by persons not authorized by ANetD, or if the Product was not purchased from an authorized ANetD dealer. This Limited Warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada. For international warranty issues, contact your international distributor or reseller for Product repairs. Shipping damage is excluded from this warranty. If Product is received in damaged condition, Customer shall contact the shipper directly to file a claim.

Obtaining Warranty Service: 

You must contact AND technical support prior to any return.  If ANetD determines that the Product is eligible under this Limited Warranty, ANetD will issue a RMA number. To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging, or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to the ANetD authorized service facility specified. It is Customer’s responsibility to backup any data, software or other materials you may have stored or preserved on your unit. ANetD is not responsible or liable for the loss or damage of any such data, software or other materials. A dated purchase receipt and RMA number is required for all returns. If ANetD determines that such Product(s) are covered under this Warranty, ANetD will repair or refurbish the Product and pay return shipping and handling charges to any valid address within the United States.

Repair / Replacement Warranty:  

Any Product that is repaired or replaced is covered by the remainder of the original Limited Warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer. Any parts or Product replaced under this Limited Warranty will become the property of AND.

Implied Warranties:

Except for the Limited Warranty provided herein, the product is provided “As-Is” without any warranty of any kind whatsoever including, without limitation, any WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE (EVEN IF AND KNOWS OF SUCH PURPOSE). ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE,ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED IN THEIR ENTIRETIES, EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION.  THE TERMS OF ANY SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO SIXTY (60) DAYS OR TO ANY SHORTER PERIOD PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND DO NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).

Limitation Of Liability

AND’S LIABILITY FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S) IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES BASED ON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF DATA, COLLATERAL DAMAGE, INTERRUPTED OPERATION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS, LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHERWISE. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FUNCTIONAL OR SYSTEM ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH 3RD PARTY SOFTWARE COMPANIES OR SYSTEMS AND THERE SHALL BE NO LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH 3RD PARTY INTERACTIONS WITH AND DEVICES.
