Position Summary
Advanced Network Devices (ANetD) is seeking Warehouse Associate to support material planning, inventory control, and production readiness for our electronics manufacturing operations. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring materials, schedules, and documentation are aligned to meet customer demand efficiently while serving as the primary point of accountability for all warehouse functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position works closely with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uninterrupted production flow.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the ANetD team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, verifying, staging, and documenting inventory with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to support and protect high-value electronics inventory
- Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure components and finished goods are properly staged and tracked throughout the manufacturing process
- Operate and maintain ERP systems for inventory control, work orders, and production scheduling
- Operate company box truck as needed for deliveries and pickups between manufacturing facilities and other required destinations
- Organize warehouse layout to maximize operational efficiency, accessibility, and OSHA compliance
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in accordance with certification and safety requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, supply issues, or operational bottlenecks before they impact production timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment at all times
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably within electronics manufacturing, technical products, or industrial environments
- Experience independently managing high-value inventory
- Proficiency with ERP systems and QuickBooks or comparable inventory/warehouse management systems
- Strong understanding of inventory management best practices, receiving procedures, and cycle counting
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse compliance practices
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift certification required (may be obtained upon hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing or highly technical production environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting production scheduling and manufacturing workflows
- Familiarity with audit preparation and warehouse optimization initiatives
